Language Service follows the quality standard UNI EN ISO 17100:2015 for translation providers, as well as the code of conduct of Federlingue, the Italian linguistic services association, of which we are a member. Our respect for the highest quality standards for language services is supported by our consolidated working method, based on years of experience but constantly innovating.

Language Service's strength is its staff: a pool of qualified people with a background of varied experience, trained in the best translation schools nationwide. The external collaborators, translators and proof-readers who are all strictly native speakers and carefully selected according to their respective areas of special knowledge, and projects are assigned to them based on these criteria to ensure flawless products at all times. We seek to enhance the skills, experience and interests of each of our collaborators, in a job where rigour and accuracy are as indispensable as a spark of imagination in making the difference between run-of-the-mill and excellent work.

FLEXIBILITY

Language Service has the human and IT resources to respond to the most diverse requests. We offer scalable, tailor-made solutions for large and small orders. With over 400 native speakers in an ever-expanding database, we can take proper care of your every translation need.

TECHNOLOGY

We are always looking for the most technologically advanced solutions to manage quality, cut costs and shorten delivery times. For this reason, we have always integrated the most advanced CAT tools (e.g. SDL Trados Studio) into our workflow, with a keen eye on new technologies in the service of translation. For each customer, we create tailor-made glossaries and translation memories to ensure terminology is consistent not only within the individual project but in the long term, from translation to translation, with the constant aim of creating value and lasting relationships. This is how we process customer-specific texts, using the terms chosen and approved by the customer.

MISSION

Responding to your translation, localisation or interpreting needs by providing a quality product, operating according to the principles of respect, transparency and honesty towards customers, external collaborators, our staff and the environment.

SUSTAINABILITY

We believe that we can make our own small contribution to environmental sustainability. For example, we try to limit our environmental impact by reducing paper consumption to a minimum, printing only what is strictly necessary and keeping our post to a minimum. Sustainability is a concept that we also apply to our modus operandi, making our very relationships with our customers, suppliers and collaborators as sustainable as possible, to create positive connections between all stakeholders. On a financial level, efficient and standardised project management allows us to cut time and costs and respond effectively to requests, without waste. To this end, we make use of the advanced IT tools available to serve the translators' and project managers' work, with a view to work becoming increasingly virtual, streamlined and sharing-oriented over the years.

Language Service follows the code of conduct of Federlingue, the Italian linguistic services association, of which we are a member.
